What can i do to have rosy cheek? i mean natural blush. NOT MAKEUP!?

I see some of my friends has got natural blush on their face. they did not applied any makeup. Its all natural. But i don have. and my face kinda look pale without it. So i was hoping that somemore can tell me what are the things i can do to get the natural blush.What can i do to have rosy cheek? i mean natural blush. NOT MAKEUP!?
natural rosy cheeks comes from healthy skin and good blood circulation, some sun and some of it is heredity too

try to reduce the cause, the darker the skin the more naturally it will be oily, oil in skin keeps it younger longer.





reduce oil intake, stay away from saturated and unsaturated fats, the best oil to intake is olive oil, in salads and on food as a margerine and butter substitute.

first you have to get rid of the cause, are you using a non lanoline based soap?





for hands are you washing dishes? use gloves


are you using soap on your body or hands, and body?


try not to use soap on your face, use astringint,


if you do use a form of soap to remove make up, make sure it is a beauty soap=contains lotion base, yet rinse thoroughly to remove all the soap from the lotion base on body face and hands.


and make sure any time your hands touch soap you wash them well in straight water. Then immediately apply lotion, intenisive care is fine, do not use straight vasoline it will leave your hands gooey. Read the ingredients make sure there is no alchohol in the lotion, or anything else you use on your hands, alchohol is used to dry many lotions yet can get sealed under the lotion into your pours which will lay in the pours drying them out.

whenever you go out or whatever, just before you get out of your car and are about to meet someone, pinch your cheeks about 3 times, not to hard, but not to soft either. Pinch them right on your cheek bones. It works and looks good, remember not to hard, cause then you'll be all red like a tomato. Plus if you want a bit more ';hmpf';, bite your lips for a few seconds every now and then ;)
Use whitening soap and rub it on your chicks. Use also to wash your face. It thins your skin, making t look red. BLUSH!
A healthy Diet and exercise. Drink more water too!
Um the only other way I know is when you're always on the run. Like the kind of effect you get on cheeks after you jog or run.
