The girls want to put crazy makeup on me; I wear normal makeup, mascara, and light eyeliner and a small bit of black eyeshadow that looks really pretty. I also use blush. I saw the girls an hour ago when I was outside and they asked me if I could bring some dressup makeup over so they could do my makeup, but I don't have any fun makeup like greens and purples ect. What should I do? I have lipgloss?! Is there any things I can bring over that could work? What makeup reduces blushing and can u plz help me!?
Ok well i am shy only because whenever i talk like even in front my 5 people my face gets red or if i answer a question in class that is long i get soo red. What makeup can reduce my blushing? If my face didnt get red so much i could talk to boys and sit at the popular table. Cause i mpretty its just the guys at the popular table dont talk to me anymore cause i would always ignore them cause my face got red.

Personally, I LOVE Smash-box's photo-finish foundation primer (the green one) and I just use a little bit and rub it onto the red parts of my face before I put on my foundation/powder. I think that the Bare minerals kind of works, but it's not amazing... Also if you do use foundation or pressed powder, make sure to press (like you're blotting) thespongee into those red areas instead of simply brushing. This helps, not only with red areas but with problematic acne scarring areas, because it concentrates the makeup better and helps shink into your pores, instead of just beingswipedd on top.
Also you may want to skip blush, at least I do, because I already have such pink/red undertones that I don't want to draw more attention to that..What makeup reduces blushing and can u plz help me!?

How can I cover up my blushing with makeup?
Hi I'm in high school and have a major problem with blushing. Id like to start off this year great! Whenever i talk to guys or the teacher calls on me or during presentations i turn bright red. I know blushing when embarrassed is normal, but mine is excessive and it usually happens a couple times a day.

rimmel has a primer called recover perfect skin. it comes in three shades, and one of them has a pale green tinge. the green helps to counteract redness, so it's perfect for helping to tone down blushing.
the primer isn't very expensive, and you can find it in most drugstores. the shade is 03 anti redness.
i'd use a full coverage liquid foundation over the primer, and set it with loose powder if you really want to hide the blushing. however the primer on its own, or with a mineral foundation powder over it should help a lot.I hate it!! Blushing Sucks... MAKEUP?

I'm 12 as well. My best advice is to compromise with your mom. Show her natural lokoing makeup and ask her if you can do subtle things like foundation or a light eyeshadow. Remember that theyre are other ways to express yourself-clothing, hairstyles, etc.
I wear eyeliner, eyeshadow, etc. most days and my mom only lets me do it because i manage to make it look subtle. Thats the point of makeup-to enhance what you already have!

But eventually she came around and I started out with lipgloss then to eyeshadow then to mascara then to powder and finallyy after a while i was able to wear what I wanted as long as I didn't look like a clown! So my advice maybe hint to your mom that slowley you could progress your way to wearing makeup and see what she says, if she rejects the idea don't worry about it the time will come! I am sure you look beautiful with no makeup anyways!

A compromise might be tinted moisturizer, lip gloss, and CLEAR mascara. That is all that you need... Wearing a ton of makeup doesn't make you beautiful, real beauty comes from confidence. Alright, if you're just starting out. A quick fresh face has mascara and lip gloss. I like Maybelline Great Lash, it's in a pink and green tube and all of the other makeup artists I know love and use it as well. Lancome Juicy Tubes or any gloss you like is good for a youthful lip, skip lipliner until you're older. If you'd like to go for a full face of makeup you'll need foundation, concealer, light, medium and dark eyeshadows, eyeliner and blush to go with the gloss and mascara. In my opinion Prescriptives, Laura Mercier and Bare Escentuals make the best foundations, concealers and bases in general, Loreal True Match is a good drugstore brand. Try Loreal HIP shadows or shadows by MAC or Too Faced and play around with the colors that are complementary to your hair, eyes and skin tones. Blush is a must for a youthful, fresh face, bronzer doesn't hurt either, try HIP for those as well if not MAC and definitely NARS makes the best blush. If you need application tips, go to Sephora or MAC or Bare Escentuals and have them give you a makeup application, although they'll expect you to buy something. What creams or makeup can i use to coverup blushing?
Well im soo soo soo nervous because i have a speech to do on tuesday!
And i wear bare mienrals and coverup over
and it reduces some blushing but i was wondering if like my local drugstore or walmart has any cream that reduces blushing
or any quick makeup i can get before tuesday!

I have the same red cheeks problem! Sooo annoying hey? Okay this is my regimen, I hope it works for you too:
-After you shower each day, rub some Aveeno Ultra Calming Moisturizer on your cheeks. It cools your skin down and helps get rid of redness. It's worked pretty well for me so far =] You should see some improvement within a week or so!
-Get a slightly green tinted foundation and apply it only to the areas that are red (cheeks and chin for me), and blend it in well. You can find these at most drugstores for cheap, or a more expensive brand like Smashbox at makeup stores.
-Get a regular foundation that matches your skin tone and apply it over the green tinted one. A powder foundation works best if the other one was liquid. You only need a little bit, don't want to look caked! Bare Minerals is expensive but so worth it, plus good for sensitive skin like mine!
-Stay hydrated, avoid caffeine (which can trigger blushing and cause red cheeks), and eat veggies too! These can all help!

As far as the blush goes, put a little on the apple (roundest part) of your cheek, and then brush away toward your ear. You don't want it to stand out too much, just look natural.

Ok I m turning 17 and I want to change my look a little. I usually wear fresh brew on lips with eyeliner. I was wondering what eyeshadow and blush should i get. i think a nice brown, like Satin Taupe and the light color, shroom near the brow would look so nice and you can use the expensive pink do fade out the satin taupe to the shroon and do like a smokey effect. then you can get the khol liner Teddy (which is beautiful) and put it on the upper eyelid and on the bottom you can use either a brown as well or very lightly apply a creamy white liner. you should get the 242 shader brush to evenly blend in the three eyeshadow colors and the 213 pluff brush to lightly apply the eyeshadows.Mac makeup help. eyeshadow and blush?

You kind of have the same features as me so I think I can help.
For your eyes, it looks like they're green, you shouldn't really wear bright blue eyeshadow. It can wash out your face and hides your green eyes :] But purples, greens, browns and golds will make your eyes stand out a lot and make them look greener. Try using a thin line of black eyeliner on the top and another thin line of eyeliner on the bottom. Go over it with black eyeshadow so it will stay in place all day. You can always try a dark green, or brown eyeliner too. Use some mascara, like Cover Girl's Volume Exact.
For your face just apply some foundation, like Maybelline's H20 Pure Makeup, the dust some loose powder or a sheer bronzer over it. On your cheeks, buy a reddish/brown blush and a coral/pink blush. Use the reddish/brown under your cheekbones very lightly. (Suck in your face if you can't find them) and then smile and add the pink color to the apples of your cheek, or right on your cheek bone.
Try some pink lip gloss, but make sure it's not tooo pink. Just a little color.

experiment with different eye shadow colors, i always like the shadow on my lid with black eyeliner in my lower lid. i don't think you need foundation it really kills your skin and you have beautiful skin, also victorias secret beauty rush lip gloss in strawberry fizz would look really nice :) good luck
You would look absolutely STUNNING with some brown/shimmery eyeshadow and lots of eye shadow with a dark brown liner (try getting a 3 color eye shadow pallate and use the darkest brown as the liner). Just use foundation/powder to give yourself a flawless finish and throw some shimmery nude lip gloss on. Don't put too much blush on, I think it would take away from your eyes.
Aww , you're really pretty! Try like a gold or teal/turquoise eyeliner or eyeshadow. Also, you could try a smoky eye! But if you don't like that, I would just use a purple liner, it will make your eyes pop! And for lips I would go with a light gloss, because too much looks bad. Blush, I wouldn't use any, just like powder over your face. [ Same as your skin color ]

try drawing more attention to your eyes, they're a really great colour. So you can use either a dark brown eyeliner (maybe same colour as your hair) or black eyeliner and outliner your whole eye, thinner in the inner corner and then getting thicker near the edge and try winging out a bit to give a cat eye affect, you can also do the same thing with smoky eyes. use light grey to highlight the inner corner, dark grey to outline the outer v (corner) and crease and use the sme colour to line about a third of the bottom ridge of your eyelid.
if you don't like it in grey try different pastel shades, i think blues and greens would suit your skin tone and eye colour as well.
well it looks like you have greenish eyes, which are really great to work with. For the eyes a nice white-ish kind of silver shimmer would look nice, or maybe some gold. Also eyliner is coming in big time so smudged some dark liner(black) into the lashes to create a larger eye and better contrast. Use about three or four good cotes of mascara, and finish off with a thin layer of liner on the bottom lid of your eye. Maybe a light foundation with some sunscreen in it to protect your skin, and a nice pink gloss would look good, and thats about it. You want to keep your main focus on your eyes.

You kind of have the same features as me so I think I can help.
For your eyes, it looks like they're green, you shouldn't really wear bright blue eyeshadow. It can wash out your face and hides your green eyes :] But purples, greens, browns and golds will make your eyes stand out a lot and make them look greener. Try using a thin line of black eyeliner on the top and another thin line of eyeliner on the bottom. Go over it with black eyeshadow so it will stay in place all day. You can always try a dark green, or brown eyeliner too. Use some mascara, like Cover Girl's Volume Exact.
For your face just apply some foundation, like Maybelline's H20 Pure Makeup, the dust some loose powder or a sheer bronzer over it. On your cheeks, buy a reddish/brown blush and a coral/pink blush. Use the reddish/brown under your cheekbones very lightly. (Suck in your face if you can't find them) and then smile and add the pink color to the apples of your cheek, or right on your cheek bone.
Try some pink lip gloss, but make sure it's not tooo pink. Just a little color.

experiment with different eye shadow colors, i always like the shadow on my lid with black eyeliner in my lower lid. i don't think you need foundation it really kills your skin and you have beautiful skin, also victorias secret beauty rush lip gloss in strawberry fizz would look really nice :) good luck
You would look absolutely STUNNING with some brown/shimmery eyeshadow and lots of eye shadow with a dark brown liner (try getting a 3 color eye shadow pallate and use the darkest brown as the liner). Just use foundation/powder to give yourself a flawless finish and throw some shimmery nude lip gloss on. Don't put too much blush on, I think it would take away from your eyes.
Aww , you're really pretty! Try like a gold or teal/turquoise eyeliner or eyeshadow. Also, you could try a smoky eye! But if you don't like that, I would just use a purple liner, it will make your eyes pop! And for lips I would go with a light gloss, because too much looks bad. Blush, I wouldn't use any, just like powder over your face. [ Same as your skin color ]

try drawing more attention to your eyes, they're a really great colour. So you can use either a dark brown eyeliner (maybe same colour as your hair) or black eyeliner and outliner your whole eye, thinner in the inner corner and then getting thicker near the edge and try winging out a bit to give a cat eye affect, you can also do the same thing with smoky eyes. use light grey to highlight the inner corner, dark grey to outline the outer v (corner) and crease and use the sme colour to line about a third of the bottom ridge of your eyelid.
if you don't like it in grey try different pastel shades, i think blues and greens would suit your skin tone and eye colour as well.
well it looks like you have greenish eyes, which are really great to work with. For the eyes a nice white-ish kind of silver shimmer would look nice, or maybe some gold. Also eyliner is coming in big time so smudged some dark liner(black) into the lashes to create a larger eye and better contrast. Use about three or four good cotes of mascara, and finish off with a thin layer of liner on the bottom lid of your eye. Maybe a light foundation with some sunscreen in it to protect your skin, and a nice pink gloss would look good, and thats about it. You want to keep your main focus on your eyes.

It doesn't hurt to use a bronzer or blush- especially during summer! It will add some deffinition to your cheek bones which will make your finished makeup look more pulled together.... If you are fair skinned and blonde haired- i'd recommend a depp mauve/pinkish color blush.. I wouldn't get too crazy on the bronzer if you have light skin... I know CVS carries Wet N Wild- which is very inexpensive and it does the job... :D

i use l'oreal tru match blush in tender rose or baby blossom...i like it cuz its not like that red blush kind of look..its really natural and gives it a nice flawless look.i have used liquid kind..like the stick that have the blush on them n their okay..but wat i do..i get a lipstick i dont use..with a nice pink natural color n blend it in my cheeks then i put the powder on top of it,,n it stays longer...its pretty much like the same thing as the liquid stuff they sell...but if ur skin is really sensitive n can breakout easily i wouldnt recommend it..Makeup question about blush?

Foundation if it is liquid typically lasts longer than powder. Usually about 8-10 hours.
Eyeliner last a LONG time...for me at least.

I apply my powder foundation with a MAC 187 stippling brush for light-medium coverage, or with a kabuki brush for full coverage.
When I wore liquid foundation, I used to use a regular old foundation brush that I would wash every night with baby shampoo or homemade brush cleaner. I would pour a little bit of foundation onto the back of my hand, gently swirl the brush in it, and apply it to my face using short, downward strokes. I like brushes for liquid foundations because they are the most sanitary. Sponges and unwashed brushes become breeding grounds for bacteria, which you end up spreading all over your face the next day. Eeeew.
For blush, I smile really big and apply to my cheeks. I read somewhere that if you're having trouble figuring out where to apply blush, you should hold your head upside down for 30-45 seconds, and wherever your face turns red is where you should apply blush. I've never tried that myself, but I suppose it's worth a try if you're interested.
To get rid of bags under your eyes without concealer, drink more water, take daily multivitamins, and make sure you're getting enough sleep at night. Enough being more than 6 hours, but less than 10. Oversleeping can be worse than not getting enough sleep. If that doesn't work, try an eye cream like Olay Regenerist.

I put my foundation on by buffing it into my skin with a MAC 187 brush and if im contouring with blush then i'll make a 'fish face' and apply it onto the hollows of my cheeks and then swooping onto my cheekbones but if im just doing a normal blush for an every day look i'll put it on the apples of my cheeks. The find the apples of your cheeks just smile and you'll find them. To get a flawless makeup look, use concealers and foundations that match your skin tone perfectly, blend foundation across your jawline properly to stop it for looking 'mask-like', use an eyelash comb after applying mascara to get rid of clumps, use good brushes to apply makeup (i'd recommend MAC) and conceal imperfections using brushes and fix with powder to set it. To get rid of eye bags without using concealer you could try using Clinique's All about eyes eye cream- its really good.
I apply foundation using my fingers as this warms it %26amp; makes it smoother to apply. Also, I can better control the amount %26amp; coverage.
Blusher: I apply it wherever it looks good on me! I start slightly further out from the apples of cheeks (right in the apple feels too perfect %26amp; round like Kate Middleton; that is when you smile %26amp; they stand out) %26amp; I beldn %26amp; see what looks good. Esp depending on colour I am wearing. eg bronzer can be spread more, which I even sweep downwards from my cheeks. it really depends on face shape etc, you have to experiment with this one %26amp; see what suits you.
Also, look at fashion magazines %26amp; see what other women's blush looks like %26amp; how they have applied it, esp. in ads for big companies like Chanel etc.
For dark circles,try this tip I found on a natural remedy site I consult:
';..use vitamin C-rich raw potatoes. You simply grate a large potato and squish the pulp and juices into a poultice which you apply and leave on the skin overnight.The idea is that this simple remedy creates a nourishing skin food to regenerate skin tissue at the cellular level and leave the skin looking clear and revitalised...';
Also, try Bourjois' Brush concealer; I was amazed with the results. It's an illuminating one.
The shade Beige Rose is salmon coloured %26amp; that's what make-up artists recommend for dark circles %26amp; altho' at first it looks a different colour to your skin, after a little while it really blends in well %26amp; hides the dark circles really well.
If you have really pale skin, I'd buy buy the Beige Claire though.

I'd buy one for the eyes, since you only really need one blush and lip color, and there's no need to buy an entire palette of them. Which is how I take it you mean 'palette', as in 4-6 colors of a makeup in one container. If I'm wrong, pick the type of palette to accentuate your favorite feature. If lips, lip palette, if eyes, eye palette, etc. And really, brown eyes can still be made to look larger and better with an eye palette - maybe not with the pop of color another eye color might afford, but pretty nevertheless. Jetblack eye liner, ANY eye shadow color practically,but wear it brightly to show bolder. Use it from the crease to the lash line, then blend some above..
Wear your lip %26amp; eye colors to match what color top you're wearing, if you wear both warm %26amp; cool clothes.Example: I'm cool, %26amp; I tend to only buy cool clothes,not the yellow toned ones in warm colors. So I wear blues the real greens, not sage or avacado, %26amp; use the liner AFTER the shadow. You can also use the pointed end of a shadow applicator to make a small line of color under your lashes of your eye shadow. Be careful %26amp; go lightly, you can always go back %26amp; get some more. Put on some til you get what you feel best in.
Cool lips colors are in the rose tones, Warms are in the orange tones....Coordinate blush to match lip tone, Ex: do not wear a orange lipcolor %26amp; rose color blush....

Purples, blues, greens and teals will make your eyes pop. (:
Maybe a shimmery blue eyeshadow or something. That'll look nice on you.
Don't go too light or too dark for the lips if you're young, since that'll be too much since you have tan skin.
Maybe even a clear gloss, since it's summer and you don't want too much makeup.
Or a lip stain. :) Gives your lips a nice color, and stays on for a while unlike lipstick.
For blush, use a suddle color or bronzer. You don't need too much for tan skin. :D

Since you have skin, dont use any bright or pinkish blush, try a bronzer, to bring out the brown in your skin. Green eyeliner really makes grey eyes pop for a funky look. I would keep your lips nude, because you're best asset is most likely your eyes since its so uncommon for grey eyes (I'm truly jealous :] ) but like I said, focus on your eyes. Use colors that would really make your eyes really stand out. And don't forget the mascara, that is one go to item that would always bring out your best features.

Its impossible to give a proper opinion without this info? With tanned skin its unlikely your a red head...so we've narrowed it down to blonde or brunette...What about your skin tone? Tanned as in golden caramel and warm toned or tanned as in cool, ashy, olive toned? Which?
Depending on your personality you can go for a natural look (shades of earthy colors,) or you can go for some brighter colors which is great for a summer look.

Jetblack eye liner, ANY eye shadow color practically,but wear it brightly to show bolder. Use it from the crease to the lash line, then blend some above..

Since you have skin, dont use any bright or pinkish blush, try a bronzer, to bring out the brown in your skin. Green eyeliner really makes grey eyes pop for a funky look. I would keep your lips nude, because you're best asset is most likely your eyes since its so uncommon for grey eyes (I'm truly jealous :] ) but like I said, focus on your eyes. Use colors that would really make your eyes really stand out. And don't forget the mascara, that is one go to item that would always bring out your best features.

Its impossible to give a proper opinion without this info? With tanned skin its unlikely your a red head...so we've narrowed it down to blonde or brunette...What about your skin tone? for blush you should use a light pink color, but NOT peach colored.
for lips maybe just some clear gloss or a light pink.
eyeshadow: silvers, metallics, and blues would look good on you.
eyeliner: it depends on your hair color, if it's blonde-medium brown, use brown eyeliner.

do NOT use foundation. foundation is for older people. girls your age should use concealer. just apply a little to your cheeks.
if you dont want concealer, there is another way to do the trick. just put on some moisturizer on cheeks, and then apply some face powder. it does the job just as well as any other produst can do, and is cheap! you probably already fave moisturizer and powder at your home!

In your situation I would leave the lips glossy and natural, and just put the lightest hints of pinky blush on, if any at all. The reason is that if you're going to be using gold eyeshadow that's pretty dramatic and eyecatching so I'd leave everything else on my face toned down so that everyone would notice my eyeshadow. Darn it someone already said what I just said, ok here's another tip, you can try going the J. Lo route, [if your skin is in similar condition] by wearing a natural bronzer for the trademark J. Lo glow.
Try translucide powder...I know its not blush but I sue it some times when I go to a party...and for lips try some thats clear but also has a tint color....

3) Then you apply foundation
4) Concealer
5) If using liquid foundation, you use a powder to set your foundation. If not using liquid foundation, you skip this step.
6) Blush / Bronzer (Or both. But usually you apply Bronzer before Blush)
7) If contouring, then this is when you contour your face.
8) Highlight your cheeks, if you want to.
So yeah, thats it. Usually you wouldn't use all of those at the same time, so if you wouldn't use that one product, just skip that step and go to the next one.

Anyways. Physicians formula makes a green face powder. It's not just for pimples or whatever. Its meant to tone down redness and its actually pretty good. But it's kind of expensive...$20!Blush AWAY!!! MAKEUP?
I think you mean green concealer. That's actually just for red spots and blemishes. I would just use some full coverage foundation but I really doubt that will ';take away'; your blush.
Why do you want to make it go away anyway? Blush is the cutest thing ever :) You could always dust your cheeks lightly with some pink blush so that way it looks like you have makeup on instead.
For the foundation, try Revlon Colorstay Foundation. It's about 13$ at drugstores.
